BECOME A CERTIFIED CHANGE LEADER
As a certified Change Leader, you will have the best preparation to lead change and development initiatives. Successful change requires everyone in an organization to be aware of and understand the change processes and what they require. You will learn what happens to individuals, teams and organisations in development and change processes. As a certified Change Leader, you can successfully lead professional change initiatives with participation and an engagement that shifts responsibility to the individual level.
During the programme, you will work on cases, both individually and in teams. Training days include lectures as well as workshops. Personal coaching sessions are also included in the programme. Between training sessions, you will have access to the tools to practice, and your progress will be recorded digitally. You become certified and receive access to the three basic tools on completion of the programme.
As a certified Janssen’s Model Change Leader, you become a member of our network of certified leaders where you can access support from experienced mentors, find further development workshops and exchange best practices, as well as attend the annual Facilitating day. EXAM
As part of your exam, you will be assigned a real life case and complete a brief follow-up exam. You must also have practiced using the different tools.

STRUCTURE
- Understanding what happens to individuals, teams and organisations during development and change.
- Practice using the Introduction to Janssen’s Model. The tool will help you understand and manage various situations that arise during change and handle possible resistance.
- Learn how to perform a Situation Analysis, from data gathering to developing an action plan.
- Learn about organisational diagnosis and organisational change processes.
- Learn how to work with Personal Dialectics, a tool that provides in-depth insight into the various ways that we view ourselves, others and the world around us. This tool can be used for personal development, to improve communication and make the most of each other’s differences and strengths.
- Coaching at both individual and team levels, leading employees and managers to boost performance and engagement.
- Kotter’s 8-step process model for change management.

- Module 1. Two days. Introduction to the Four Rooms of Change theory.
- Module 2. Two days. Situation analysis based on the Four Rooms of Change theory.
- Module 3. Two days. Personal Dialectics based on the Four Rooms of Change theory.
- Module 4. Two days. Process management, business management and the role as change leader.
- Module 5. One day. Exam and certification.
ALREADY CERTIFIED
If you are already certified in our three basic tools you can add a module and become a certified Change Leader.
