BASIC CHANGE INSIGHTS
The Introduction to Janssen’s Model tool, illustrates and illuminates what happens to individuals, teams and organisations in development and change. During the programme, you will learn how to help groups and individuals construct the Four Rooms of Change model and theory, and apply the model on both an individual level as well as for teams and organisations.
 
Training days include both lectures and workshops. You will be given exercises to complete between the modules, and your progress will be recorded digitally. Between the two modules, you will have access to the tool to practice.
 
EXAM
To become certified, you must have completed and passed the assigned exercises.

SITUATION ANALYSIS

Through the Situation Analysis certification, you will get a deeper understanding of how teams and organisations function and thrive. The tool will help you understand what happens to individuals, teams and organisations during development and change.
In the Situation Analysis, all the participants in a team/organisation answer questions about how they experience the situation. Based on their responses, the team together analyses what needs to change and improve, leading to an action plan where all measures are established immediately. The tool helps them describe responsibilities on each level: individuals, managers, top management, thereby creating the engagement and participation necessary to carry out a successful change and development initiative.

PERSONAL DIALECTICS

The Personal Dialectics tool is a personality test that gives you in-depth knowledge of the different ways individuals view themselves and others. Personal Dialectics can be used to understand and make the most of each other’s differences and strengths, and thereby improve communication. The tool is perfect for teams such as management teams, boards of directors and project teams. It can also be used individually for personal development. Personal Dialectics can be used for management and team development as well as conflict management.
